One Fish Street Voucher

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions 25/26

1. Redemption
   Gift vouchers may be redeemed for food and drink at One Fish Street only. Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment and cannot be accepted after the transaction has been completed.

2. Validity Period
   Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. In line with UK consumer guidance, the expiry date will be clearly displayed. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

3. Non-Refundable & No Cash Alternative
   Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other voucher.

4. Partial Use
   Where the value of the voucher exceeds the total bill, any remaining balance will not be refunded and must be used in a single transaction. No change will be given.

5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Vouchers
   Gift vouchers should be treated as cash. One Fish Street cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or defaced vouchers and they will not be replaced.

6. Use with Offers
   Gift vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, discounts, or set menus, unless otherwise stated.

7. Booking
   Advance booking is recommended. Please inform us at the time of booking if you intend to use a gift voucher.

8. One Voucher Per Table
   Only one gift voucher(s) may be redeemed per table per visit unless agreed in advance.

9. Amendments
   One Fish Street reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will not affect vouchers already purchased.

10. Business Closure
    In the unlikely event that One Fish Street permanently ceases trading, unused vouchers will not be redeemable or refundable.

11. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
