One Fish Street was founded in 2019 as a family business. This family nature creates the essence of the restaurant - relaxed, friendly service with simple, delicious food. We moved from Cornwall to Bristol in 2025, and have created the restaurant we always wanted. Small and intimate, with an open kitchen so you can talk to chefs as they prepare your food.
